If you're not on board the Courtney Barnett train yet, you will be now.

Last night the iconic musician brought her unique sound to the MTV Unplugged Melbourne stage in what will go down as one of her most lauded performances.

An intimate audience gathered at the Howler in Brunswick, and were treated to a stirring set which included the tracks Depreston, Need A Little Time, Charcoal Lane, Sunday Roast, Avant Gardener, Nameless, Untitled, Not Only I, and So Long Marianne.

Three songs in Courtney gave the crowd a real treat and brought out the legendary, Paul Kelly, for a cover of Charcoal Lane - check it out below. Later on Marlon Willians joined her for beautiful rendition of Not Only I.

If you were unfortunately not one of the lucky ones in the room on the night the good news you'll be able to relive the magic when it hits MTV later this month.
