Jesy Nelson's ex, TOWIE star Chris Clark, has officially topped all your worst breakup nightmares.

Speaking to The Sun, Chris admitted to breaking up with Jesy via text AND using his new girlfriend's phone to do so.

Speechless.

"I was never going to escape it. I had to just deal with it," he said.

Amber, who did the interview alongside Chris, said "It wasn't my relationship but all I can say on Chris's behalf is that it wasn't done in a negative way."

"She was on the other side of the world, there was no other way for him to do it."

"He wasn't 100% in the relationship and he had to end it when he ended it and that was that. He didn't want to do it by phone, it was the only type of contact he has with her at that time. I don't want him to ever receive backlash from it."

"In life you have to think about yourself and be selfish sometimes."
